Resource Manager is looking for a Resource Manager who brings experience in managing resource allocation and bandwidth, preferably in a digital agency environment. This role is ideally suited to someone who understands sourcing to ensure that our engagements are resourced effectively and efficiently.

The Resource Manager is primarily responsible for assigning and managing forecasting of resources to projects to provide accurate and insightful reporting and analysis to leadership and implementation teams, identifying gaps, issues and making strategic and thoughtful staffing suggestions.

  • Manage resource allocation across a variety of skills
  • Be able to forecast future allocation based on current state
  • Providing core support for employees by acting as central contact for each team to communicate through
  • Proactively works with project managers, account managers, sales leads and team leads to optimize the pipeline for enterprise clients and ad hoc projects
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 1-3+ years in resource management; technology industry preferred
  • Strong knowledge of technology
  • Be able to manage time appropriately and meet aggressive client deadlines & deliverables
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and an understanding of project requirements and finance fundamentals
  • Must think creatively and 'outside the box', pursuing solutions that aren't always immediately obvious
  • Possess a "whatever it takes mentality" and prides yourself on your ability to solve problems creatively
  • Experience multi-tasking and problem solving under pressure in a fast-paced environment
