We are looking to hire a Corporate IT Specialist who can assist in the responsibilities listed below. We prefer someone who has flexibility on working hours and could potentially take on an earlier shift Monday – Friday, working from our Des Plaines and Lisle offices. 


  • Basic software installation
  • Repair/replace internal components on desktops
  • End-user (employee) support
  • Queue management- ability to keep low amount of open tickets in the que at all times
  • Outlook mobile access
  • Desk hardware setup
  • MDT imagings
  • Distribution list management
  • Asset tag management
  • Office/Desk moves
  • toner ordering/replacement
  • Software license assignment
  • Knowing when to escalate situations to higher-level
  • 1-2 years of experience working in the IT space
  • Must be a self-starter, problem solver, results driven, organized, and detail oriented
  • Previous experience with Windows and MacOS troubleshooting 
  • Team player and positive attitude
  • Ability to close tickets with limited back and forth

Preferred skills:

  • Windows and Mac administration
  • RSAT
  • Powershell
