Senior DevOps Engineer

We're looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our Servers team. We program in Microsoft ASP.NET/SQL Server and PHP/MySQL. We work with various CMS systems such as Sitecore, Sitefinity, Kentico, BigCommerce, WordPress and many more. We're looking to expand on our success within the Internet industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor server/network operations
  • Work directly with the development team and provide infrastructure support
  • Set up and configure web applications such as Sitefinity, Sitecore, Kentico, etc. on Windows Microsoft Servers
  • Troubleshoot and provide support with applications and server related issues
  • Provide client support for on-premise and off-premise hosting
  • Automated deployments using latest industry tools
  • PowerShell scripting and automating manual tasks
  • Perform the necessary steps to resolve any issues that may arise
  • This includes working with Windows IIS web servers, Windows SQL database servers, email services, multimedia services, FTP/SFTP, DNS, antivirus, security patches, etc.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience deploying web applications
  • Experience with Ansible and Docker
  • Experience setting up end to end CI/CD
  • Likes to dig into problems and improve processes
  • Basic hardware troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working with Azure and AWS
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Database Backup, maintenance plans and support
  • Knowledge working with IIS configuration and Advanced AppPool settings
  • A passion for cutting-edge innovations and technology within the world of web hosting
  • Someone who can point to a situation where they've simplified a process or reduced costs
Nice to haves:
  • Work with containerized deployments (Rancher, AKS, EKS, Tanzu, etc.)
  • Using Terraform and other infrastructure-as-Code tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc.)
