Account Manager

The Account Manager's primary responsibility is to manage existing accounts for our executive clients by executing the development process for a wide variety of client needs. This involves acting as the primary liaison between and the client. The Account Manager takes a client request from the initial contact through strategic planning and ultimate completion and/or resolution. This is achieved through effective partnership and communication with colleagues and other departments. The Account Manager consistently provides a high-level of service while always keeping's business goals in mind. Additionally, the Account Manager collaborates with other key players in an effort to develop an overall account strategy while strengthening the client relationship.

    Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Manages all client requests in a timely manner through strategic planning and confirmation of request details, estimates, functional and technical specifications, timelines and written status reports throughout the development process.
  • Ensures the successful completion, quality and/or resolution of all client requests
  • Documents all aspects of client's account through the use of all available tools
  • Understands and follows the established Client Services Department protocol/process and contributes to this process
  • Effectively works with the Client Services Director, Technical Manager, Programmers, and all other relevant resources in an effort to accurately and efficiently complete all client requests
  • Strong organizational skills, communication skills (written and verbal), and motivational skills; a self-starter attitude
  • Previous experience with website administration is a plus
  • Previous experience dealing directly with clients in a customer relations environment is also a plus
  • Sales experience also a plus
