The mission is to develop and maintain website requirements by gaining a deep understanding of business goals and objectives, ensuring the solutions we develop align with business success.

In this role, you will be tasked with developing a clear understanding of a client's business requirements, market and user requirements. You will use your communication skills, attention to detail, analytical capabilities and knowledge of digital solutions to formulate recommendations, propose information architectures and other documentation that will be used by our development team to deliver the best possible results for our clients.

The key to your success as a digital strategist will be prior experience taking a strategic perspective and drilling down into user and functional requirements, as well as solid knowledge of content management systems. We are looking for someone with a strong passion for delivering business success for clients, working within, and supporting, a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities:
  • Create digital solutions for clients covering key areas:
    • Business goals, objectives, strategies and tactics, competitive environment
    • Audience personas and conversions
    • Measurement strategy
    • Information architecture, content migration
  • Focus on how clients use digital solutions to meet their business objectives, auditing existing solutions and using data to support recommendations.
  • Capture starting point or benchmark data to ensure clients can accurately measure project success once a new digital strategy has been adopted.
  • Work with the strategy team's business analysts, enterprise architects, and designers to produce solutions reflecting the business requirements, ultimately delivering client success.
  • Stay on top of thinking, technology and tools in web development area.
  • Work with the whole strategy team to help our services evolve. Participate in discussions and come up with ideas that ensure that all our offerings, our processes, practices, documentation, recommendations and solutions around digital strategy meet the highest possible standards and provide the maximum amount of value to clients.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years experience in a strategic content role focused on website and other solutions, and including requirements definition
  • At least 5 years experience working with mainstream and enterprise CMS platforms
  • Experience with content IA and UX concepts
  • Fluency in creating requirements documentation
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize data to provide strategic recommendations
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working within Agile software development projects
