We're looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our Internal IT team. We support Windows and MacOS endpoints, in a Microsoft environment. We're looking to expand on our success within the Internet industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for our Americaneagle.com employees
  • Work directly with employees for software/hardware installation
  • Patching cables and design/implement network infrastructure
  • Use PowerShell scripting to automate manual tasks
  • Set up new users, including their physical workspace
  • Manage and maintain MS Exchange, MS Teams
  • Deploy OS to workstations and laptops
  • Support over remote desktop or on-site for multiple offices
Requirements:
  • Experience with Windows 10, Windows Server, and MacOS
  • Experience with desktop and laptop hardware (RAM, HDD, etc)
  • Exposure to RSAT, especially Active Directory
  • Software and hardware troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work with command lines (CMD, Terminal, etc)
  • Passion for problem-solving and efficiency
  • Desire for continuous improvement and learning
  • Stellar interpersonal communication skills and a team mindset
