Project Coordinator

Americaneagle.com is searching for an entry level, yet talented Project Coordinator to help our project management team in our Des Plaines (HQ) office.

To be successful in this role, one should possess excellent communication skills and be able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. We're looking for someone that has strong organizational, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills. They will be assisting on a wide variety of different projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the project management team with operational tasks
  • Accompany the team to meetings
  • Take notes and assist with follow-ups
  • Help coordinate sales and marketing campaigns
  • Learn to facilitate meetings and other events
  • Learn Sitecore, Coveo, Salesforce and other exciting technologies
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and consumer markets
  • Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails
  • Organize meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders when necessary
Requirements:
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in a business work environment is preferred
  • Exceptional organization and multi-tasking skills to sift through high volumes of information
