Program Manager

Americaneagle.com is looking for a program manager with drive, passion, and experience to lead large digital transformation engagements comprised of several workstreams that support our customer's strategic business initiatives. The program manager needs to be an excellent communicator with outstanding analytical skills and organizational skills in order to collaborate with client stakeholders and multiple implementation teams.

Our company has a passion and track record for delivering world class solutions while building long term relationship with our clients. There is no typical day for a program manager as they spend time on different activities such tracking progress, managing risks, collaborating with the team, reviewing design prototypes, reviewing completed functionality and much more.

Responsibilities:
  • Understand and track progress towards achieving our clients' strategic initiatives
  • Provide support and guidance across multiple project teams
  • Manage risks across multiple related projects
  • Communicate program status key client and internal stakeholders
  • Participate in client demos when needed
  • Ensure quality deliverables are produced
  • Communicate a roadmap that outlines the interdependencies across multiple projects
  • Identify & mitigate dependencies and risks across program workstreams.
  • Understand, consult, & recommend strategic direction for the client; influence stakeholders on best practices, priorities, and direction based on business needs
  • Coordinate with involved teams and project owners to define budget, scope, and plans for the overall program
  • Evaluate & assesses program-level dependencies, issues, risks, and resource constraints
Requirements:
  • A proven ability to generate trust and build relationships
  • Strong execution leader with a technology background, excellent communication skills and business acumen
  • Ability to lead enterprise-level engagements, facilitate meetings, create action plans, mentor teams and effectively manage client escalations
  • 4+ years of experience in a program or project management role
  • Demonstrates program leadership skills, with direct responsibility for managing project teams, budget and schedule
  • Ability to pick up technical and business concepts quickly
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field
  • Ability to meet internal and client deadlines
  • Experience with agile/scrum methodologies
  • Passionate about technology, innovation and constant improvement
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Able to manage individual workload, take initiative and assume responsibility for tasks
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira and Confluence is a plus
  • Experience with mobile applications, Salesforce, CMS or ecommerce platforms like Sitefinity, Sitecore, WordPress, Kentico and BigCommerce is a plus
