Email Marketing Database Specialist

We're looking for a talented Marketing Database Specialist to join our marketing team. This person will be responsible for assisting with the development, execution, and optimization of all email campaigns and marketing automation emails.

As a marketing team member, you will leverage our CRM and marketing automation tool capabilities on a day-to-day basis in support of the development, launch, and maintenance of email and account based marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing marketing strategies across multiple initiatives
• Create Pardot campaign automations for email, and sales campaigns
• Leverage automation features related to prospect activity tracking, website visitors, form submissions, and content downloads
• Assemble email content components for marketing and sales campaigns
• Track and report on company and contact list development and imports
• Work with campaign stakeholders to develop target profiles for companies and contacts
• Utilize database tools to build and refine target contact lists for campaigns
• Work with Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM)and Pardot to import, tag, segment, and update contacts
• Maintain database hygiene - add and edit data, identify and prevent duplication, updating job titles, email address changes, industry, and other record data points
• Identify and remove inactive contacts and spam contacts
• Assess and categorize new inbound prospects for classification

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related business or technology field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 1+ years of experience with email marketing
• Familiarity with email best practices preferred
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM) and Pardot is a plus
• Ability to work in a team environment under tight deadlines
• Process oriented with strong attention to detail
• Ability to be a creative problem solver
