Business Development Manager is looking for an individual to lead and train a team of highly motivated, entry level individuals for outreach and cultivation of outbound leads.   • Hire & onboard, providing continuous training, and ensuring the growth and success of the Business Development Representatives (BDR)
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams in order to maximize pipeline creation; partnering with the marketing team on key programs, such as Account Based Marketing initiatives
  • Define and align BDR goals, strategy, and tactics to the company's initiatives.
  • Provide day-to-day team management, including activity tracking, review of tactic efficacy, cross-training of team, etc.
  • Work with the marketing team to create integrated programs tied to performance and adapt as needed based on program performance
  • Create compelling scripts and programs to drive opportunity creation
  • Develop a highly scalable, yet personal outbound outreach strategy
  • Manage existing and target accounts to develop a comprehensive sales plan that will maximize growth and penetration
  • Collaborate with partner organizations to strategize on outbound activities
  • 2+ years of Business Development Representative Management experience
  • Web Development and Digital Marketing experience preferred, but not required
  • A track record of problem-solving and fearless with trying new ideas and concepts
  • Ability, knowledge, and hunger to step in as player-coach on a daily basis that includes tactical management of reps, outbound calls & shadows, and superior knowledge in SFDC operations
  • Background of hiring, training, and enabling reps for success
  • Impeccable organizational and time management skills
  • Passion for prospecting and sales best practices
  • Experience with documenting sales activities and forecasting in Salesforce CRM or another CRM tool
  • Self-motivated, team player with a can-do attitude
  • Demonstrable leadership skills
