Americaneagle.com is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Designer to help lead creative for our growing digital marketing client roster. You'll design across paid, organic, and email channels — bringing existing brand systems to life in ways that are visually sharp, on-strategy, and built to perform. This role works closely with digital marketers, copywriters, and fellow designers, and is a strong fit for someone who thinks as much about audience and outcomes as they do about layout.
You won't be trafficking ads on ad platforms, writing copy, or building analytics reports — but you will use performance insight from our marketing team to sharpen your creative decisions and explain the thinking behind your work.
You'll report to the Digital Marketing Design Lead and work alongside 3 other Digital Marketing designers. The DM Design team is part of our larger Experience Design team of 15 designers, led by our Creative Director. As a senior designer, you'll help set the creative bar, support your peers, and help to shape the team's work.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with digital marketers and designers to create on-brand campaigns and experiences that drive engagement and growth
- Design across a full range of outputs: static and animated digital ads, organic social, landing pages, and email
- Apply creativity and critical thinking — informed by performance data provided by our marketing team — to continually improve creative outcomes
- Design with the target audience in mind at every step, while staying consistent with brand guidelines
- Bring video and motion design into the mix, primarily through Canva, to keep creative fresh across channels
-
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong storytelling ability and sharp attention to detail
- Ability to take existing branding and apply it in fresh, engaging ways across channels
- Strong communication skills — able to clearly articulate creative rationale to internal teams and Account Managers, with occasional direct client presentation as needed
- Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, BannerFlow
- Video/motion design in Canva required; experience with After Effects or Premiere a strong plus
- Familiarity with email design in CRM/ESP platforms such as HubSpot, Constant Contact, or Mailchimp
- Understanding of paid social ad specs and best practices across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Experience designing Google display ads, paid social ads, and organic social content
- Comfortable designing both static and animated ad formats
- Typically supports 6–8 active clients at a time in a deadline-driven, quick-turnaround environment
- Takes creative critique well and iterates quickly
- Positive, collaborative attitude working across internal teams and directly with clients
