We are seeking a driven and results-oriented sales professional to join our growing Salesforce sales team. The ideal candidate is experienced in selling technology solutions, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and/or Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), and has a proven ability to drive full-cycle deals with both new and existing clients. This individual is energetic, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative team environment, with a passion for helping businesses achieve measurable results through innovative Salesforce solutions.
- Engage with both existing and new accounts, driving full-cycle Salesforce deals from prospecting to close.
- Research and identify potential customers, assessing their business needs and sales potential.
- Confidently demonstrate Salesforce solutions (SFMC and/or SFCC) to prospective clients.
- Establish, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing customers.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales quotas in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce solution sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience in digital agencies or Salesforce partner organizations, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and/or Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) solutions (B2C or B2B).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce solutions and integrations across CRM, Service Cloud, and third-party systems.
- Expertise in working with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and position solutions that align with ROI models.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications.Americaneagle.com provides its employees with an energetic work environment and opportunities to further develop their skills. Within this range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
