Americaneagle.com is seeking a Salesforce Implementation Consultant to join our growing Salesforce practice. This is a hands-on, client-facing role responsible for implementing and supporting Salesforce solutions, with an initial focus on Sales Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, formerly Pardot.

The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce administrative skills with excellent communication and consulting abilities. This person should be comfortable leading client conversations, understanding business processes, translating requirements into practical Salesforce solutions, configuring those solutions, testing them, documenting decisions, and training end users.

Responsibilities
• Lead client discovery sessions, gather business requirements, and translate sales and marketing processes into practical Salesforce solutions.
• Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, including Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Activities, security, automation, Outlook Integration, reports, dashboards, and forecasting.
• Configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, including Salesforce connectivity, field mappings, forms/form handlers, lists, segmentation, email templates, sending/tracker domains, and basic automation.
• Support data migration and validation activities, including field mapping, contact imports, unsubscribe/opt-out handling, testing, and reconciliation.
• Develop implementation documentation, facilitate UAT and launch readiness, and conduct administrator and end-user training.
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations clearly while collaborating with clients, project managers, developers, architects, and other internal teams.

Requirements
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration, consulting, or implementation experience, with strong working knowledge of Sales Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) or a comparable Salesforce-connected marketing automation platform.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, including data models, fields, page layouts, permissions, validation rules, Flow, reports, dashboards, and data management.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, facilitate client conversations, and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce configurations and recommendations.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and training skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently manage priorities, identify risks, and deliver quality work within project timelines.

Preferred Qualifications
• Salesforce Certified Administrator.
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist/Consultant.
• Previous experience working for a Salesforce consulting partner, digital agency, or professional services organization and supporting implementations from discovery through go-live.

The Ideal Candidate
Success in this role requires more than knowing where Salesforce settings are located. We are looking for someone who can listen to a client describe a business problem, ask the right follow-up questions, recommend a sensible solution, configure it correctly, and confidently explain the result to the client. The strongest candidates will be comfortable moving between client meetings and hands-on Salesforce configuration and will take ownership of their work from discovery through testing, training, and launch.

Within this range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
