Partner Operations Admin

Americaneagle.com has an opening for a Partner Operations Admin to join our Partnerships team in our Nashville office. The primary role of the Partner Operations Admin is to provide administrative and operational support to the Partnerships team by maintaining partner data hygiene, scheduling meetings, supporting onboarding efforts, and creating internal dashboards and reports. This person plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations that help keep partner programs running smoothly and efficiently.

This is a great entry-point into the Partnerships organization and a direct pathway to becoming a Partner Relationship Associate, where you would own and manage your own book of partners. The Partner Operations Admin will report directly to the VP of Partnerships and will have strong visibility and growth opportunities within the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accuracy and cleanliness of partner data across internal systems (CRM, spreadsheets, etc.)
  • Create and manage dashboards and reports to track partner engagement, referrals, and campaigns
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars for internal and external partner communications
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new partners, including welcome emails, documentation, and training coordination
  • Support day-to-day logistics and tracking for partner marketing activities and campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to provide operations support for partner-sourced leads
  • Assist with internal documentation, task tracking, and follow-up assignments related to partners
  • Stay current on partner tools, updates, and marketing collateral
  • Be an active participant in building operational best practices for the partner ecosystem

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Administration, or related administrative support roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
  • Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and reporting tools
  • Strong collaboration and time management skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Web Development/Digital Marketing industry experience a plus

  • Ability to travel if needed

The US-based salary range for this full-time position is $50,000-$70,000 per year. Within this range, individual pay is determined by job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
