Americaneagle.com is seeking a Jr. HubSpot Consultant whose primary responsibility will be to provide assistance to HubSpot users by collaborating on HubSpot-related projects and tasks. This role will work closely with internal teams and clients to support CRM initiatives, platform administration, and business process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Work with internal teams and clients to understand business requirements and provide accurate configurations, reports, dashboards, and other CRM functionality
- Administer and support the HubSpot platform, including profiles and roles, reports and dashboards, fields, record types, page layouts, workflows, and validations
- Understand and support data security, including role hierarchy and permissions
- Communicate the capabilities of the HubSpot platform with clients
- Complete internal system audits and provide recommendations for improvement
- Offer guidance and assist in decision-making based on the latest HubSpot features and functionality
- Work closely with clients to encourage platform adoption, training, and support
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team on multiple client projects
- Effectively act as the liaison between users and the development team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub Certifications preferred
- Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
- Strong organizational, communication, and motivational skills
- Strong data management abilities and experience with data management tools, including data loaders and import wizards
- Self-starter attitude with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Marketing, graphical, or technical backgrounds are a plus

The US-based salary range for this full-time position is $60,000-$75,000 per year. Within this range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
