Client Strategist

Americaneagle.com is seeking collaborative and proactive Client Strategists to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will lead communication, manage project requests from initiation through delivery, and ensure all work aligns with both client objectives and company goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for an assigned portfolio of enterprise clients, building strong relationships across executive, business, and technical stakeholders.

• Own account revenue, profitability, retention, and growth while maintaining visibility into pipeline, contracts, and financial performance.

• Develop account plans and roadmaps that align client business objectives with strategic opportunities and a clear pipeline of work.

• Identify, qualify, and lead growth opportunities in partnership with internal discipline leaders, including solution development, estimates, proposals, and pitches.

• Lead strategic client meetings, quarterly business reviews, and account-level conversations focused on performance, priorities, and future opportunities.

• Serve as a senior point of escalation, identifying risks and resolving issues while balancing client needs with company standards and commercial objectives.

• Partner with Project Managers and internal teams to ensure successful handoffs from sales through delivery, with clear expectations, scope, timelines, and success measures.

• Maintain accurate CRM, account, contract, and opportunity documentation while using AI and automation to improve account planning, client insights, and opportunity development.

• Stay current on AI, agentic systems, web technologies, and CMS platforms to identify relevant opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent experience.

• 5–10 years of experience in commercial, sales, account management, or client strategy roles within a digital agency or comparable environment.

• Experience owning enterprise client relationships and growing accounts over time.

• Experience carrying a revenue target, owning account profitability or P&L, and negotiating contracts and statements of work.

• Credible fluency in AI models and agentic systems and their practical business applications.

• Strong understanding of web and CMS ecosystems, such as Sitecore and WordPress.

• Outstanding written, verbal, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively across teams, and balance client needs with business objectives.

Within this range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
