Account Strategist

We're looking for dynamic individuals who are passionate about creating and optimizing digital marketing campaigns for our clients. The Account Strategist will work with a variety of team members and will be the driving force behind marketing initiatives including email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, user experience, content strategy, analytics, and measurement strategy. The ideal applicant will be passionate, results-oriented, and focused on achieving ROI through digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary strategic point of contact between Americaneagle.com and assigned clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Manage multi-channel digital marketing initiatives while aligning strategies with each client's business goals and objectives.
  • Audit digital marketing campaigns and website performance to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Develop digital marketing strategies, campaign roadmaps, and measurable KPIs to drive client success.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, development, design, and project management teams to execute campaigns and client initiatives.
  • Manage client requests by defining project scope, gathering requirements, coordinating estimates, establishing timelines, and communicating project status.
  • Provide strategic guidance and best practices across SEO, paid media, email marketing, social media, analytics, and website optimization.
  • Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights and recommendations through regular reporting and client presentations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client communications, project details, and account activity while identifying opportunities to grow client partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of digital marketing, account management, or client strategy experience, preferably within a digital agency.
  • Experience managing enterprise-level digital marketing campaigns and serving as the primary point of contact for client accounts.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, campaign measurement, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining exceptional client service.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Looker Studio, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, HubSpot, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
  • Experience with website administration or content management systems.

Within this range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
