Account Manager

Americaneagle.com is seeking collaborative and proactive Account Managers to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will lead communication, manage project requests from initiation through delivery, and ensure all work aligns with both client objectives and company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as the primary liaison between Americaneagle.com and the client
  • Documents all aspects of the client's account through the use of all available tools
  • Ensures the successful completion, quality, and/or resolution of all client requests
  • Provides a high level of service while keeping both the client's and Americaneagle.com's business goals in mind
  • Collaborates with key team members to develop an overall account strategy and strengthen client relationships
  • Works effectively with the Client Services Director, technical managers, developers, and other resources to complete requests efficiently
  • Manages client requests through strategic planning, confirming details, estimates, specifications, timelines, and status reports throughout development

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous experience with website administration or in the IT industry preferred
  • Experience working directly with clients in a customer relations environment
  • Strong communication, teamwork, passion, pride, adaptability, proactivity, ownership, organization, resourcefulness, and positivity
  • Experience managing and updating websites built on the Kentico CMS Platform 
  • Experience supporting clients or stakeholders on Kentico-based websites, including training and documentation

Within this range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
