Talent Development Coordinator

Americaneagle.com has an opening for an experienced Talent Development Coordinator to lead our employee development initiatives through creating and hosting creative training events and educational programs. They will communicate with department managers to identify training needs and map out development plans.

Our ideal candidate will have experience with various training methods, including on-the-job coaching, mentorship programs, and e-learning. The role of the Talent Development Coordinator is to oversee all professional development at our company.


  • Create and develop a training program for onboarding of newly hired employees
  • Manage training program; develop, prepare, and coordinate company training programs
  • Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session
  • Consult with department managers and supervisors to assess training needs
  • Conduct training workshops as part of ongoing educational programs for existing employees
  • Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
  • Develop and maintain continual education support materials to be used for reference once training has been completed
  • Continually evaluate training progress and training procedures to monitor and analyze course effectiveness and update curriculum as needed


  • Experience with e-learning platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, HR or related field
  • Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
  • Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, or Training Facilitator
  • Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
  • Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
  • 3+ years of experience building out training strategies across enterprise-sized companies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional social and management skills
  • General knowledge of website development, design, or web technologies is a plus
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments while meeting deadlines
  • Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
