System Administrator

We're looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our Internal IT team. We support Windows and MacOS endpoints, Windows and Linux servers. We're looking to expand on our success within the Internet industry.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide technical support for our Americaneagle.com employees
  • Work directly with employees for software/hardware installation
  • Patching cables and design/implement network infrastructure
  • Use PowerShell scripting to automate manual tasks
  • Set up new users, including their physical workspace
  • Manage and maintain Office 365 (Outlook, MS Teams, MS Office suite) 
  • Deploy OS to workstations and laptops
  • Manage and maintain DNS, DHCP, Active Directory services

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience with Windows 11, Windows Server 2022, and macOS
  • Good understanding of computing systems and their components (CPU, RAM, SSD/HDD, etc)
  • Experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central and JAMF  
  • Exposure to RSAT, especially Active Directory
  • Experience with VoIP
  • Software and hardware troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with scripting languages and command line tools (PowerShell, CMD, Terminal, etc)
  • Good understanding of networks and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, FTP, VPN)
  • Passion for problem-solving and efficiency
  • Desire for continuous improvement and learning
  • Stellar interpersonal communication skills and a team mindset
