Responsibilities:
  • Lead development team to ensure following Sitecore best practices and Helix guidelines
  • Work with the business team to understand functional requirements and translate that into technical requirements
  • Lead and mentor new and current developers and help them onboard with the latest technologies used
  • Participate in business development activities such as sales pursuits with prospects, estimate new projects and define scopes
  • Help maintain current continuous integration and continuous delivery for development, QA and live websites
Senior Requirements:
  • Experience estimating tasks
  • Ability to delegate
  • Code review
  • 5+ years of experience in programming websites
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Someone with a passion for programming, technology and who is always looking to learn more and improve
  • Deep understanding of marketing capabilities of Sitecore experience platform
  • Strong experience with search and indexing technologies, preferably Coveo for Sitecore and Solr
  • 5+ years of work experience in the job offered or related field of programming high-revenue websites
  • 5+ years of experience with programming in Microsoft ASP.NET/SQL Server and PHP/MySQL
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
Junior Requirements:
  • Self-motivated
  • 1-2 years of .net experience preferred
  • Communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field
Preferred Experience:
  • 4+ years Sitecore experience
  • 6 years of .net experience
  • Experience training other developers
  • DevOps experience, specifically creating CI/CD pipelines; and utilizing tools such as Azure Dev Ops
  • Understanding of Helix design principals
  • Understanding of SXA
  • Sitecore commerce
