Senior UX Architect

The Senior UX Architect is responsible for leading the UX design of digital products and services for the agency's clients. They will interface with senior-level stakeholders, lead workshops, and define project scope and appropriate deliverables. The Senior UX Architect will be expected to tie UX activities to ROI and demonstrate the value of UX to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead UX design projects from start to finish, including user research using various methods such as card sorting, user interviews, surveys, tree testing, and usability testing
  • Produce typical UX deliverables such as customer journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members, including presenting design concepts and recommendations to clients
  • Define project scope and appropriate deliverables, and ensure that project deliverables are met on time and on budget
  • Lead workshops and design sprints to gather requirements and define solutions
  • Understand and apply UX design best practices and methodologies, including information architecture
  • Tie UX activities to ROI and demonstrate the value of UX to clients
  • Demonstrate project management capability and effectively manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Provide mentorship to junior UX designers on the team

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio of UX design work
  • Knowledgeable about UX design best practices and methodologies, including information architecture
  • Skilled in user research using various methods such as card sorting, user interviews, surveys, tree testing, and usability testing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead UX design projects from start to finish
  • Experience working in a digital agency environment a plus
  • Demonstrated project management capability, including the ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently
