Senior Salesforce Developer

We are looking for talented Salesforce Developers who are big-picture thinkers and in-depth problem solvers. Responsibilities:

  • Provides oversight and guidance to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce projects
  • Lead complex functional discussions with clients, clearly articulate options, benefits and recommendations
  • Translate business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of an Agile team, on multiple client projects
  • Serves as subject matter expert and point of contact on content, processes, procedures and functionality associated with assigned applications for projects and application support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field with 2+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Knowledge and experience with Agile best practices
  • Must have certifications: Developer 1 and 2, App Builder
  • Nice to have, or in process of completing: Salesforce Application Architect or Salesforce System Architect Certification
  • Experience with Salesforce, specifically Lightning Web Components, Apex and SFDX
  • Prior experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce D2C, Tableau, and Mulesoft is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and verbal/written communication
  • Have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the Salesforce platform
  • Experience with common integration patterns used between legacy systems to integrate with Salesforce platform
