Senior Next.Js Front End Developer

We’re looking for a strong, self-sufficient Front-End Developer to join our team. You’ll work across multiple projects, collaborating with designers, project managers, and back-end developers to deliver fast, accessible, production-ready experiences in a modern front-end environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain modern React + Next.js front-end implementations across multiple projects
- Translate Figma designs into high-quality, accessible UI components
- Own front-end features from requirements to implementation to QA to release
- Integrate with backend services and APIs while handling real-world edge cases
- Optimize performance using proper Next.js rendering strategies (SSR, SSG, ISR, CSR)
- Contribute to front-end standards, patterns, and code reviews for projects
- Participate in planning, estimation, and technical discovery for projects
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of professional JavaScript / TypeScript
- 4+ years building React applications
- 2+ years working on Next.js projects
- Strong understanding of: Next.js App Router & Page Router; Rendering strategies (SSR / SSG / ISR / CSR); Client vs server components & hydration Performance optimization & bundle size management
- Experience building accessible, responsive UI
- Comfortable working with REST / GraphQL APIs
- Experience with modern CSS approaches (Tailwind, CSS Modules, BEM, or similar)
- Git-based workflows, pull requests, code reviews
Nice to Haves:
- Experience working in headless CMS environments (Sitecore AI/XM Cloud or similar)
- Exposure to A/B testing, middleware, or edge functions
- Familiarity with Docker or CI/CD pipelines
- Prior agency or customer-facing project experience
