Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:
  • Support the organization's financial health: planning and budgeting, integrated financial planning, management and performance reporting, forecasting and modeling
  • Assesses company's overall financial health and ROI
  • Analyzes system design alternatives and identifies potential improvements to existing systems and processes
  • Determine which teams within the company generate the largest portion of the net profit and areas to improve
  • Review and evaluate the cost efficiency of all departments and positions
  • Ability to evaluate the company's current assets and investments to ensure they are the best use of the company's excess working capital
  • Collaborate with appropriate staff to gather input and feedback related to system needs
  • Develop reports and work to improve internal processes with focus on standardization and optimization across company
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive evaluations, map growth potential, proposals, and recommendations to executive leadership, committees, and other stakeholders
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • BS in Finance and/or Accounting
  • 5+ years progressive FP&A and Data Analysis experience.
  • CPA required
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Thorough understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and auditing standards
  • Experienced in financial modeling and turning complex data sets into usable information to drive business decisions
  • Professional demeanor and confidence to engage all levels of company, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to key leaders
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team
  • Strong technical skills including advanced Excel knowledge
