We are looking for an experienced Content Strategist/Architect who shares our passion for creating one of a kind content experiences that enable audience acquisition, build engagement and drive conversion. An essential part of your experience features a robust chapter dedicated to planning data-driven strategies with communication exposure to executive level staff. Bonus points for familiarity with content management best practices for any size of organization.

You will work on projects and with resources that allow you learn quickly and focus on what you want to learn. You will work independently and within a growing team and assume accountability for deliverable success. You will be the trusted advisor to seize opportunities and solve challenges while always having the necessary support to help you achieve your goals.

  • Participate in/lead foundational strategy and content strategy engagements to help understand client goals and design a solution to help them achieve specific goals.
  • Focus on how clients use or can use content to meet their business objectives, auditing existing content and using data to measure its performance.
  • Use knowledge of client objectives to create content experience solutions for clients covering: Content strategy, content marketing, and content governance.
  • Capture starting point or benchmark data to ensure clients can accurately measure project success once a new content strategy has been adopted.
  • Work with the entire strategy team to produce strategy documentation for clients.
  • Stay on top of thinking, technology and tools in the content analysis arena and be the conduit for surfacing new ideas and creating cutting edge solutions.
  • Work with business analysts to define the work required to implement any content solution, ensure it is captured in the work backlog.
  • Be a mentor to junior staff.
  • 5+ years experience in a strategic content role
  • 3+ years experience working with mainstream and enterprise CMS platforms
  • 2+ years experience in digital/content marketing
  • A solid understanding of cohesive, results-driven content architectures
  • Experience with content, content IA and UX concepts
  • Familiarity with content production processes
  • Fluency in creating strategic and routine content audits
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of SEO best practices and application of tools such as SEMRush
  • Foundational knowledge of KPI tracking using Google Analytics
