Scrum Master

Americaneagle.com is seeking full-time Scrum Masters to join our implementation team. We need team players who will help out wherever necessary in order to provide value to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
  • Facilitate and work with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog
  • Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values
  • Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
  • Support with documenting all aspects of the project within Jira and Confluence
  • Understand and follow Scrum and established project development and change management processes
  • Work with senior programmers to manage resources for the project, including utilization of team resources, forecasting and budget management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is a plus
  • Excellent mentoring skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • A self-starter attitude with strong organization and communication skills
  • Experience playing the Scrum Master role in a previous position for a team that has diligently applied Scrum principles, practices, and theory
