Salesforce Practice Lead

Americaneagle.com is searching for a Salesforce Practice Lead to help build our Salesforce practice. They will work closely with our clients and help with critical digital transformation activities that optimize costs, drive efficiencies and deliver business outcomes. This individual will be responsible for business development, strategic planning, cross-functional team leadership, project and client oversight and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Help lead and build our Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud practice
  • Work with leadership to define and drive the strategic direction of the Salesforce Cloud practice
  • Working with SE to identify growth opportunities, emerging technologies, and partnership expansions within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Participate in business development activities such as sales pursuits with prospects, work with technical leaders to estimate new projects and define scope
  • build relationships with key Salesforce roles such as AEs, RVPs, ISVs, Alliances, etc
  • Attend and represent Americaneagle.com at Salesforce Industry events
  • Oversee delivery across multiple Salesforce projects, ensuring high quality and on-time execution.
  • Provide governance, best practices, and solution assurance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Ensure client success
  • Collaborate with project managers and technical leads to resolve escalations and mitigate risks.
  • Support marketing activities by amplifying success stories internally/externally and within the Salesforce Partnership
  • Understand the probability of our various Salesforce engagements and work to optimize the performance of the team

Requirements:

  • A technical expert has 5-10 years of experience in Salesforce implementations and/or that has previously built an Salesforce practice is a plus
  • Previous experience at a large consultancy or within Salesforce ideally
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Well-rounded knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud
  • Proven experience delivering Salesforce projects across multiple industries
  • Strong leadership capabilities to scale and manage a high-performing team
  • Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills
  • A leader within the industry that provides exceptional strategic and functional leadership of digital transformations and enterprise-level implementation

Within this range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
