Salesforce Developer/Administrator

We're searching for a talented Salesforce Administrator/Developer to join our award-winning team. We're looking to expand our success within the digital market space.

Responsibilities:
  • The primary focus will be developing components, automation, and integrations for the Salesforce platform
  • Develop product capabilities using Lightning Web Components, Apex and SFDX
  • Work with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide accurate configuration, reports, and dashboards
  • Administer and support the Salesforce platform (user setups, profiles, and roles, reports and dashboards, customized objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflow, and validations)
  • Offer guidance and assistance in decision-making based on the latest features and functionality available in the Salesforce platform
  • Ability to quickly and effectively prioritize multiple requests
  • Set reasonable estimates of the time required for development and then meet deadlines
  • Maintain and enhance system performance by analyzing and identifying inefficiencies
  • Offer technical support and maintenance for delivered projects and solutions
  • Will be working in a supportive team and fast-paced environment
  • Since we are a Salesforce Consulting Partner, developers will be implementing for our clients
  • We cover test fees for developers to take certification tests offered by Salesforce and other vendors
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field with 2+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, specifically Lightning Web Components, Apex and SFDX
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and verbal/written communication
  • Salesforce.com Certified (Platform Developer II or System/Application Architect) is a plus
  • Firm understanding of source-based development using packages
  • Someone with a passion for programming and technology and who is always looking to learn more and improve
  • Communication with project managers and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment
