The Salesforce Administrator's primary responsibility is to provide value to the business by automating complex business processes, creating reports & dashboards and training clients on using Salesforce. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide accurate configuration, reports and dashboards
  • Administer and support Salesforce platform (user setups, profiles and roles, reports and dashboards, customized objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflow and validations)
  • Monitor and manage Salesforce releases and feature changes
  • Understand and support data security (role hierarchy and rules sharing)
  • Communicate the capabilities of the Salesforce platform with the client
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
  • Offer guidance and assist in decision making based on the latest features and functionality available in the Salesforce platform
  • Work closely with the client to encourage training or support
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of an Agile team, on multiple client projects
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests
  • Effectively act as the liaison between users and the development teams
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator is a plus)
  • Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
  • Strong organization, communication, and motivational skills
  • Have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the Salesforce platform
  • Strong data management abilities and background with data management tools (data loader and import wizards)
  • Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred
  • A self-starter attitude; strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Marketing / Graphical / Technical backgrounds are a bonus 
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification or other consultant certifications are a plus
