Sales Operations Manager

 Americaneagle.com is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to help manage sales processes, optimizing sales systems, and improving operational efficiencies. Leads day-to-day administrative support, coordinating resources and facilitating communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Help manage sales processes to make sure the sales team has the right focus on customer communications, deliverables, deadlines, opportunity status and data reporting on all their sales pursuits
  • Identify and improve existing sales processes and making sure the sales team is following those processes and cadences already defined
  • Overseeing sellers presentations and proposals to ensure they are high quality 
  • Monitoring workload and schedules of sellers and support teams to make sure we're optimizing their workload
  • Create and manage pipeline reports for sales managers and sales reps
  • Track/manage when sales reps arent following procedures, manage consequences
  • Weekly check-ins with sales reps to ensure their sales data for leads and opportunities is updated in Salesforce (properly categorized, proper follow ups, etc.)
  • Leverage Salesforce and our other internal systems to create and maintain employee scorecards for Sales Reps, Sales Engineers and other supporting roles. 
  • Track/Manage time spent on sales pursuits by all individuals on a pursuit including the Sales Rep and all supporting roles.
  • Identifying leads where CEO/President are asked to be involved, providing regular updates and ensuring they are kept in process
  • Work closely with Finance/Resource Management team to make sure theres a smooth transition between Sales and Delivery
  • Analyze sales data and reporting to make sure we are constantly improving key sales metrics like Close Rate, Total Sales, Time to Close, and others

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years sales operations experience
  • Digital agency experience a plus
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment with proven ability to take initiative
  • Experience with Salesforce a must
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
