We cover a variety of different industries, including ecommerce, associations & nonprofits, government, healthcare, sports & entertainment, transportation and more. 

We have a team of over 700 around the world and looking to continue that growth by adding another full time Recruiter to the Human Resources team. You will work on a variety of different positions within the organization to help support our technology recruiting efforts. You will partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders across various departments and have a "hands-on" approach to attracting, assessing and hiring the best talent. We're looking for someone that will thrive in an innovative fast-paced environment, is a team player, will work hard, have fun and get the job done.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process for technical and non technical positions including sourcing, screening, facilitate assessment exercises and ultimately sign top candidates
  • Use your "always be recruiting" attitude to introduce people to Americaneagle.com from online channels, referrals, hiring platforms, career fairs, and of course your own network
  • Assist with posting detailed job descriptions on our careers page & outside job boards including LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter and Indeed
  • Act as an advocate for both Americaneagle.com and the candidate throughout the hiring process; establishing regular touch points and providing diligent follow through resulting in a best in class candidate experience
  • Utilize creative marketing, sourcing strategies and techniques to attract qualified candidates
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or a related field
  • At least 2 years of working as a full-cycle recruiter
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter 
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail
  • Passion and ability to help build diverse teams
  • Ability to handle high volume, full cycle recruitment in a fast paced environment

We offer a generous compensation and benefits package. The US-based salary range for this full-time position is $60,000-$75,000 per year. Within this range, individual pay is determined by job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
