Partner Marketing Coordinator

Americaneagle.com has an opening for a Partner Marketing Coordinator to join our Partner team. The primary role is to coordinate and execute all marketing activities as it relates to our partner network, with special emphasis on expansion into the European market.

The role of the Partner Marketing Coordinator will be to build and maintain existing relationships with current partners; help develop and define business relations and strategies; support partner marketing campaigns and events. In addition, they will be responsible for supporting and cultivating new customer leads by networking, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential business partners for the purpose of driving new business. This role will work in close collaboration with the entire Partner team, as well as the entire Marketing team.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in partner trade show coordination
  • Assist with scheduling lunch & learn events
  • Coordinate and execute partner user group/meetup events
  • Communicate any partner marketing updates to the Sales team
  • Ensure partner directory listings are up-to-date on all partner portals
  • Grow existing partnerships for the purpose of business development
  • Assist with the planning and scheduling of partner marketing events/activities
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to create a strategic and tactical partnership network
  • Become familiar with partner offerings and look for opportunities to leverage/promote partners
  • Support the creation/maintenance of partner-related content on the Americaneagle.com website
  • Evaluate the ROI of partner marketing activities and recommend actions to improve performance
  • Oversee marketing plans for each platform partners, including the utilization of marketing development funds (MDF)
  • Work with the Marketing team content writers to develop and schedule blog & social content to be shared on our channels
  • Manage all Partnership team PowerPoint presentations (i.e. new partner onboarding, current partner updates, partnership updates, etc.)
  • Brainstorm partner lead generation ideas in collaboration with the Marketing team (i.e. webinars, email campaigns, events, trade shows, etc.)
  • Help in the creation of all partner print collateral materials, such as sell sheets, case studies, industry sheets, etc.
Requirements:
  • Ability to travel if needed
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Experience with budgeting and planning at a department level
  • Ability to work independently and function as a positive team member
  • Background in technical services/web design/web development preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Experience working in a highly cross-functional role with many dynamic teams
  • Strong project management and planning skills to meet deadlines and manage priorities
  • Sales, marketing, business development, product marketing or operations experience preferred 
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing communications, graphic design, photography, print production, media relations, advertising and events
