HR Recruiter

Americaneagle.com is seeking a full time, entry level HR Recruiter. The company was recently named by Built in Chicago as one of the best places to work and to Inc.com's list of 5000 fastest-growing private companies for the past seven years.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate communication with candidates
  • Post detailed job descriptions on company careers page & outside job boards
  • Source resumes, conduct phone screens and in person interviews for all positions
  • Utilize creative marketing, sourcing strategies and techniques to attract qualified candidates
  • Attend career fairs and networking events to build brand awareness and expand the company's relationships
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of recruiting experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in technical or web recruitment is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Passion for learning about human resources and internal recruiting
  • Experience with tools like Smartsheet, Jira and Confluence is a plus
  • Ability to handle high volume, full cycle recruitment in a fast paced environment
