Data Architect

Americaneagle.com is hiring an experienced Database Architect to work with multiple clients to conduct technical discovery and research, analyze data strategies and models, document related transformation and migration requirements, and recommend optimal data architecture solutions. The role includes defining data strategies and architecture based on client business requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct discovery and analysis of existing and required data architecture, models, and values
  • Document physical and logical data flows
  • Identify data gaps, integrity issues, and related risks
  • I dentify optimal approaches to migrate from current state to desired future state
  • Document relation transition requirements
  • Estimate related level of effort
  • Advise on data management, governance, and related architecture per client needs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of work experience in the job offered or related implementations
  • 5+ years of experience with various database technologies, standards, and methodologies
  • Expertise in relational and non-relational databases
  • Proven ability to conduct related discovery, perform related research and analysis, and present advisable solutions
  • Excellent communication, and presentation skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated work ethic with strong time management skills
