Creative Content Specialist

Americaneagle.com is looking for a Creative Copywriter with a pulse on current events and media trends to help our clients and prospects make informed decisions about the digital solutions Americaneagle.com offers, with a focus on sales-based collateral. This role will play a critical role in the success of our Marketing team. This highly creative and driven individual must be extremely collaborative and flexible to meet the demands of an ever-changing environment. This position will work with all members of the Marketing team to produce original content for multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal platform teams to develop compelling messaging
  • Develop content for use by the Sales team both internally and externally
  • Provide subject matter expertise and input into demand generation activities including email, website, digital marketing, and PR to align strategy and execution; identify opportunities to share campaigns and assets across various channels as appropriate
  • Meet with internal team members and clients to create case study opportunities, testimonials, informational sheets, whitepapers and more
  • Responsible for organization of the Americaneagle.com blog (management, scheduling, and contributing content) with input from extended Marketing team
  • Develop copy for internally and externally facing assets that are clear, consistent, and the voice is brand specific
  • Communicate with the Sales teams to define content and tools necessary to improve conversion and grow revenue
  • Requirements:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
    • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Media, English, Literature, or related field with a focus in the technology industry preferred
    • 2-5 years of professional writing experience, preferably in an agency or technology environment
    • The ability to take technical information and break it down into digestible and creative content
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: knowledge of the rules of composition and grammar are required
    • Creative writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to write about a wide variety of topics
    • Capable and responsible for writing in all mediums, everything from email communications, newsletters, social posts, blog posts to video scripts
    • The ability to remain collected in a fast-paced, high pressure, dynamic environment and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction
    • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of leadership, including executives, and can determine the best way to get things done
    • A passion for service and satisfaction and maintaining effective relationships with customers, including gaining their trust and respect
    • Additional skills include time management, prioritizing, organization, and problem solving
