Company Website Administrator is currently hiring for a Website Administrator to manage a broad range of tasks primarily on our company website; as well as our sister company websites as needed. While maintaining these websites, they will take into account functionality, appearance, content, performance and accessibility. Websites require constant maintenance and a Website Administrator must be proactive when addressing user concerns and resolving bugs. was recently named by Built in Chicago as one of the best places to work and to's list of 5000 fastest-growing private companies for the past seven years.

  • Lead projects for website upgrades and improvements
  • Evaluate website performance by checking key performance metrics
  • Update the more visible parts of the website, tweaking the design or adding new sections
  • Communicate with internal staff and maintain/update web content to align with current initiatives/campaigns
  • Assist in backend administrative updates to website CMS to implement new improvements to the website, including but not limited to: tagging content, submitting content for translations through CMS, setting up pages per design specifications, updating pages, etc.
  • Assess user feedback, effectiveness and traffic, while working with internal marketing team on new or updated pages
  • Work with our Search Engine Optimization (SEO) team to ensure the website is optimized to drive relevant traffic
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in website administration
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and web design
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of industry browsers: Internet Explorer, Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox, etc.
  • Demonstrated skill in data gathering, content organization and website requests and updates facilitation
  • Experience with CMS or ecommerce platforms like Sitefinity, Sitecore, WordPress, Kentico and BigCommerce is a plus provides its employees with an energetic work environment and opportunities to further develop their skills.
