Adobe Experience Manager Practice Director

We're searching for an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Practice Director to help lead and build our AEM practice. They will work closely with our clients and help with critical digital transformation activities that optimize costs, drive efficiencies and deliver business outcomes. Responsibilities:
  • Help lead and build our AEM practice
  • Participate in business development activities such as sales pursuits with prospects, estimate new projects and define scope
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the AEM platform
  • Help build engineering collateral for efficient implementation of AEM projects
  • Develop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging the Adobe platform, including AEM/CQ, CRX, CQ WCM, DAM
  • Provide technical guidance to junior AEM developers around best practices in AEM development - both back-end and front-end execution
  • Enforce best practices among the web development team while building ASP.NET websites
  • Help maintain current continuous integration and continuous delivery for development, QA and live websites
Requirements:
  • A technical expert that has previously build an Adobe practice is a plus but not required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
  • A leader within the industry that provides exceptional strategic and functional leadership of digital transformations and enterprise-level CMS implementations
  • Adobe Certified Business Practitioner is a plus
  • Experience leading complex Adobe AEM implementation projects from design (architecture) through implementation and delivery for consulting clients
  • Strong knowledge and experience in integration with components of Adobe Marketing Cloud
  • Strong communication skills and relationship management
